The chair is really confortable. I had a minor issue with the lumbar support six months after purchase and the after sales support has been amazing. They sent me a new replacement piece in few days. A very professional and kind company, which is a rare sight today. Thank you !

They lied to me. They said after i came in contact with more than 10 employees,that they willl send me the sparing part before 5 months.i never get anything so what,they dont really care about anything.They lied to me,but i will not leave it so easy i am gonna come in connection with ECG. What they believed for that i will stay with a seat cushion with hole from the manufacturer?

Amazing company. Had an issue with my chair -- standard, wheel didn't fit -- and reached out. The support team helped me identify the issue, got the new parts mailed and got me seated in no time. Just an easy group to work with. Chair is amazing, too, which helps. LOVE it and Sihoo/would highly recommend.

Only making this review to shed some light on the negative "scam" reviews,I made my order and basically got a notification a day later and then my chair was shipped, Reviews are very mixed and was abit scared to spend money on this company, please don't let this effect you and order as ive had a very positive experience. I received M57 shiftily and its really good, Very good plastic quality, Feels better than most plastics and it feels robust, The arm pad could be softer and metal could be abit better quality but overall very comfortable and worth the price..

J'ai acheté la S100, reçu dans les délais indiqués, la chaise est solide et plutôt confortable, finalement j'ai tout de même décidé de la renvoyer car pas idéal pour ma morphologie, le retour est un peu laborieux mais j'ai bien été remboursé en intégralité, j'ai été accompagné par l'équipe de support tout le long.
