Je possède la chaise M57-M111 dont je suis très satisfait et que j’utilise tous les jours depuis presque 3 ans. Les deux accoudoirs se sont cassés, le SAV m’a répondu rapidement et me les a renvoyés sans frais. Très satisfait.

J'harcele le service après vente qui me répond toujours la même chose, que ça va être livré la semaine prochaine. C'est la pire expérience d'achat en ligne depuis très longtemps. Ce site est à fuir !

I'm writing to praise my Sihoo M18 ergonomic office chair and the exceptional customer service received. We'd been searching for a replacement ergo chair for my work-at-home wife and the ads for the Sihoo chairs really impressed me. I convinced my wife that the M57 chair was the way to go and ordered it. Upon arrival and unboxing, I was greatly impressed with the quality, the features and the great value on the product from the excellent price. Once assembled, I realized that the height was nearly three inches too short for her to comfortably access her desktop and keyboard. I realized that I'd chosen the wrong chair, as I missed that the model stated that it was for Sedimentary Lifestyle, (Sihoo M57 Full Mesh Breathable Office Chair for Sedentary Lifestyle) instead of the Sihoo M18 Classic Office Chair With Triple Spinal Relief. Which had over three thousand 4 and 3/4 star reviews. Once I confirmed our desire to swap the chairs, I carefully disassembled, packaged and shipped back the M57 chair. Once it was received back, confirmed no damage, they shipped out the new chair. In a few days, I received the M18 chair, assembled it and finally realized what a great product the Sihoo chairs are. At the end, I want to praise Remi with the support team for his professionalism and assistance in getting us the right chair. We're now researching electric, stand-up desks and giving careful consideration to a Sihoo version.

After seeing the ads I was very exited to buy a chair. But after reading some comments and reviews it didn’t help me to convince me to buy a chair. But after seeing the sales or price I just have to try it. When I saw I could use klarna it convinced me to buy it because the website isn’t so populair in the Netherlands. On the website I saw that the order will be shipped between 2 workdays but after 2 workdays I didn’t got any email that updated my order. So I got very worried if the order was accepted or not. After replying on my order, I’ve got an email back that it was already on its way with an link to the shipping company. The website didn’t really say when it will be delivered and how late, but I saw that it already was landed in the Netherlands. And about an hour after receiving the email with the information, the package was delivered! I was very happy and exited. I found the assembling paper very clear, you just have to read is clearly even on the package for the screws, than it will be very easy. I’m very happy with the product I’ve received and the information that I ask for. If I got an update when and how late my package was arriving it could get 5 stars from me :)

The products are very well made! I had one broken headseat deliverd, but the customer service was so nice and they send a new one as their service! Recommend them!
