Very comfortable chair!

I enjoyed the chair very much but over time the back rest gave out. Other than that this company has amazing chairs that give great back support.

I bought this office chair based on a trusted on-line review. It was delivered quickly and is quite heavy. It took about an hour to assemble (and I'm a retired pro handyman). It's very well made and everything fit like it's supposed to. It's ultimately adjustable but it took an email to customer support to find a video on how all the adjustments work, especially how the back tilted. The responses were prompt and helpful. Two comments: it would be helpful for SIHOO to include a booklet or an on-line link to how all the adjustments work, some are not intuitive. Second, chair 'fit' is an individual consideration that can't be determined over the net. Overall, my assessment is that the SIHOO office chair is very sturdy, well built and adjustable to many needs.

My husband had an issue with his chair, and the customer support team sent us some great videos to help us troubleshoot. They also provided a partial refund as an apology for the issue we faced. Overall, they were great!

Great experience with the custumer support, Very quick to reply and very helpful. The designs and quality of the chairs are amazing for the price, The only nit pick i do have is they could possibly need to put their plastics used in the chairs through more vigorous testing (But that is only from a personal experience once)

The chair really does mould into your body. The armrest are a bit too fiddly but the back support, the mesh, the leg rest works all well. Also it could be higher in position. But what amazed me most was the service and responsiveness from customer support. Highly recommend this place.

EDIT: Nach Kontakt mit dem Support Bei der elektronischen Übermittlung der Tracking ID ist ein Fehler passiert. Dieser explizit tritt wohl ab und an mal auf, dennoch sind alle Pakete dann in der Regel auf dem Weg. Der Support war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, doch ist seine Arbeitszeit nicht mit der Angabe auf der Webseite übereinstimmend(was kein Problem ist). Es wurde verständnissvoll und freundlich reagiert. Alles hat dann noch sehr gut geklappt. Der Stuhl ist SUPER. Das Einkaufserlebnis eigentlich gut, auch wenn es bei mir zu Problemen gekommen ist. Alte Bewertung: Ich habe einen Stuhl für Knapp 500 Euro gekauft. Extra zuzüglich das worry-free Paket bestellt und bezahlt und habe dann heute ein Paket von zweien erhalten. Keine Spur vom zweiten. Kein Tracking. Keine Info. Nichts. Reaktion vom support auf meine Mail? Ebenfalls bisher Fehlanzeige. Für Worry-Free bin ich grade sehr besorgt. Den Verlauf der Situation habe ich nun festgehalten.

This chair is excellent quality for the price and is very comfortable. It is well made and easy to assemble. When we contacted customer service for support they were very responsive and solved our issue quickly. Highly recommend.
