SihooofficeReviews of sihoooffice.com

I bought the Sihoo B300 Pro (White) from the UK online shop in October and I am thoroughly impressed. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and well finished, and it is comfortable for long working days. For the price, I honestly think it is outstanding value for money. The order was dispatched the day after I placed it, and it's much easier to assemble it than I think. I would happily recommend Sihoo to anyone looking for a quality ergonomic chair without paying premium-brand prices.

This product was nice, but left my legs numb after 20 or so min. All setting and suggestions from Sihoo were taken, but did not work for me. Return policy was the largest issue and concern. They attempted to use deceptive marketing practices by delaying the return label. Offering 70% return to keep the chair but they would void my warranty. Conditioning a partial refund on the forfeiture of the product protection is a deceptive act and unconscionable representation under Canadian consumer protection laws. Not a positive experience

Very comfortable chair!

To be honest I was quite hesitant about my purchase as I found very mixed reviews online including ones claiming it's a scam. But I received it in about 2 weeks time due to living on a island but as soon as it arrived in my country, it was delivered the next day. I requested the invoice and got it the next day. So all in all, I was quite impressed by the quality and build of the chair for the price.

Ich hatte ein Problem und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Sehr guter Service und nette Kundenbetreuung

The delivery time for the chair was amazing only taking 4 days to recieve the chair. I was having issues with the assembly and reached out to customer service about what was going on, and they responded within the next day about resolving the issue. I was able to finish the assembly with their help and am loving the chair.

Mucho cuidado, su logistica es un quebradero de cabeza, trabajan con SEUR, despues de un mes ni silla ni se la espera una verguenza, su atencion al cliente nula, un desastre.

Totally surprising and amazing customer service! Bought an ergonomic chair 3years ago on Amazon and still received repair and replacement from the customer support team, and with fast reply, even my product has already passed the 3 year warranty. Good quality and reliable service!
