I bought the Sihoo B300 Pro (White) from the UK online shop in October and I am thoroughly impressed. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and well finished, and it is comfortable for long working days. For the price, I honestly think it is outstanding value for money. The order was dispatched the day after I placed it, and it's much easier to assemble it than I think. I would happily recommend Sihoo to anyone looking for a quality ergonomic chair without paying premium-brand prices.

To be honest I was quite hesitant about my purchase as I found very mixed reviews online including ones claiming it's a scam. But I received it in about 2 weeks time due to living on a island but as soon as it arrived in my country, it was delivered the next day. I requested the invoice and got it the next day. So all in all, I was quite impressed by the quality and build of the chair for the price.

The delivery time for the chair was amazing only taking 4 days to recieve the chair. I was having issues with the assembly and reached out to customer service about what was going on, and they responded within the next day about resolving the issue. I was able to finish the assembly with their help and am loving the chair.

Totally surprising and amazing customer service! Bought an ergonomic chair 3years ago on Amazon and still received repair and replacement from the customer support team, and with fast reply, even my product has already passed the 3 year warranty. Good quality and reliable service!

The chair is extremely comfortable, and even after almost three years of daily use, I'm still very satisfied with my purchase. I especially want to highlight SIHOO's excellent customer service. I contacted them because the lumbar support had lost some tension over time, and they sent me a replacement free of charge under warranty. The new lumbar support feels amazing, and the improvement is definitely noticeable! The support team has been incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. It's reassuring to know that a company stands behind its products even after several years. Highly recommended, both for the quality of their chairs and their outstanding after-sales support!

I have purchased several high-quality and expensive office and gaming chairs over the years, but I can confidently say that my SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2 (Black, with Footrest) is one of the very best I have ever owned. The build quality, attention to detail, ergonomic design and overall comfort are genuinely impressive. From the moment I started assembling it, I could tell that this was a thoughtfully engineered product. However, what impressed me just as much as the chair itself was the entire purchasing experience. Shortly after placing my order, I received shipping confirmation, and the chair arrived within just a few days. The ordering process was smooth, efficient and remarkably well organised. During assembly, I discovered a defect in the folding mechanism of the left armrest. Naturally, this was disappointing with a brand-new product. But this is where SIHOO truly demonstrated what outstanding customer service looks like. I contacted their support team, explained the issue and provided photographic and video evidence. They responded extremely quickly, handled the matter professionally and arranged for a replacement left armrest without unnecessary questions, delays or complications.
