i’ve been on the lookout for a natural toothbrush so i bought the boar bristle one and this is honestly really good my very first impression was that it had very hard bristles but when it got wet they softened and it wasn’t a problem. the costumer support was very quick to respond and helped me quickly as i had accidentally made a subscription and is now refunding me. over all very happy with both the produkt and the support:)

Thanks Frederikke! Glad the bristles won you over once they softened, and that we could sort the subscription quickly

Great Experience! Lauryn was very helpful in giving us updates on our order that was backordered. I love the electric toothbrush!

Thanks Carol! Backorders are never fun, so I'm glad the updates helped and even better that the brush was worth the wait :)

I’ve ordered almost everything on their website at this point and while I haven’t had the opportunity to use everything long term and give total feedback yet I can say with complete certainty the brand, customer service, and product quality is top tier. The air purifiers work WONDERS and my family and I notice a huge difference. In fact, thru the air purifiers I was able to notice a pattern that lead to me discover mold in my humidifier that we were breathing. I also accidentally ordered something to the wrong address and they were prompt with fixing the delivery address when I caught it (before shipping). Finally, I had one product issue, and when I emailed customer service I was helped immediately and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!! What a fantastic brand

Thanks Danielle, this is a lovely one to read. The humidifier discovery is a great catch and that's exactly the kind of thing people don't notice until the air actually changes around them. Glad the purifiers have made a difference for the whole family. And happy to hear the address fix and the product issue were both sorted quickly. That's what the team is there for. Really appreciate you taking the time :)

I’ve tried a few toothtab brands and Primal is far superior. I love that the tabs get super foamy and they legit clean my teeth naturally. My teeth feel silky clean. My breath smells minty fresh and my teeth/gums are no longer sensitive. I also feel like I wake up with a cleaner, fresher mouth. No “morning breath” or disgusting film on my tongue. I am overall happy with Primal toothtabs and would recommend them to anyone.
