Hi Kelvin, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The item you ordered unfortunately is on a national back order. You asked to cancel your order two weeks ago, we canceled the order when you requested but we failed to communicate with you. We are sorry for not keeping you updated. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope you have a great rest of your Summer.
