You guys had the part no one else had for my old PAC filter. You got it to me quickly too!

Item did not work as advertised. I tried several times and was extremely disappointed. Contacted PoolSupplyUnlimited and apparently a product not performing as advertised doesn’t qualify for a return or refund. This was an expensive product, don’t waste your money or time with it or this company.

Bought a Volt FX-8Li and extended the warranty to 3 years. After 2,5 years the pool vacuum cleaner didn't turn on any more. New price was 279 USD, Warranty 54.99. After filing a claim, the claim was denied. Reason: Use over the years. That is not acceptable. Why did I pay for warranty if it gets denied ?! Never again I will buy something there!

The product was what I needed. Met the description and arrived within the expect time

Ordered part online (R172321 #320 Body Only (New)) and the online pictures and descriptions matched the item I was replacing. The item I received did not match and did not have the threaded holes in the upper and lower portion for the water supply connection. After calling and providing pictures the company sent an RMA but I would be charged for original shipping, return shipping and a restocking fee.

Updating my review. I received replacement part after expressing my disappointment about defective part and difficulty of getting response in my previous review here. Thank you for responding and corrected the problem

The issue is that on the site it showed the board in stock, but after ordered, took many weeks. Ordered on 6/11 and got tracking on 6/30, didn't arrive until 7/9

Everything was fine. The unit is different than my last one. The first one had in the front that you could see the water and when it was cloudy or needed cleaning. This one was totally enclosed couldn’t see anything. I like the unit that you could see and he water etc.
