Called and was put through to Rick who was very helpful. Between the two of us we figure out what was needed for my Hayward pool heater. Said shipping will take one week received the parts in three days. The conversion kit was exactly what I needed and the pool heater is up and running. thanks again.

Fast and reliable delivery as promised. I needed a Lochinvar spark igniter really quick and these folks delivered for me and the price was pretty good too after checking around at other swimming pool supply stores.

We were happy with the overall service. Responses to our questions were prompt and informative. The only disappointment came when went to checkout. We were on a Canadian website that implied we were shopping in Canadian funds when we entered our country of origin. When we went to checkout the amount owed was in USD.

We’re so glad you had a good experience with our customer service team! Our apologies you were not happy with the checkout process. We use a third-party solution to power our international checkout for all non-US customers. This allows us to serve customers around the world. Unfortunately, we cannot control what currency this provider displays at checkout. We hope despite this hiccup you will visit us again for your pool supply needs!
