Non functioning product with no support

Got through to support on the phone right away. Explained our issue. Was emailed the information for the needed purchase same day and made the purchase next day. Had the product in about 3-4 days.

Well I've just got started with running the machine, i have moved up from the Yora Silverback 6050. This machine is way faster and much more percise. I am loving it thus far, have done lots of laser burning and cutting.

I am trying to purchase a laser from OMTECH and we are going on 10 days and still can't get a quote I have called multiple times and Emailed more times than I count. I did get 1 quote and it was incorrect after 6 days of emailing and calling and since then have Been unable to get any one at OMTECH to email me back with a corrected quote or anything else, I have never had to chase a company to buy anything sales is usally the one department that wants to get back to you so that you spend your money with them, If the Sales dept. is this bad at responding to me I can't even imagine how bad the service side would be if I got the Laser and needed help I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 so far I may update it again after I get the Laser going I did order one after having all of the problems getting the sales department to play along The Laser and all of the accessories ordered did get here very promptly and in good shape. I will review again after I get everything in place to actually use the laser at this point it does look wonderful though updated 3-21-24

I ordered a 130w laser cutter from Omtech on the 6th of Jan for 7-11 days uk delivery. Following many emails with Omtech customer services I received the unit on the 15th Feb. The best delivery arrangments I received were it will be coming either Thursday or Friday of this week I felt this was very poor for a purchase costing over 4.5k and needing to be unloaded with a forklift. I was hoping that the situation would improve once I had received my laser cutter but unfortunately, this was not the case the first time I operated the laser there was a loud electrical arcing noise and an electrical burning smell. upon inspection, the high-voltage wire between the power supply and the laser tube was not terminated and was arcing onto the metal case of the laser cutter. I am feeling lucky that I didn't receive a shock from this major fault. I have emailed Omtech and hopefully awaiting a suitable remedy. Omtech customer services seem very slow and you normally have to wait for the next day to receive a reply so dealing with them can be slow and laborious.

I looked at a lot of lasers sure am satisfied with my mf 1224 ,use it in my leather shop had a few issues but teck support was great could not ask for anything good co. To do business with would recommend them .

Shipping was faster than expected. Had the inline fan show up not working, worked with tech support and after all the trying different things they had a replacement sent. Over all things are good.

Started Charge for a forklift offload (never happened) pallet truck, they did reimburse me, working for two days then made noise on the x-axis and started to judder bad got in tech with tech support told me what to do (no avail) sent an email they answered the following day aske for photos and video which was sent, different tech replied asked me what was wrong and told me what to do (no avail) now it's the forth time each time you do something you have to wait a day for a reply even if you reply when you get the email, this has been going on for a week ONLY USED THE LASER FOR 30 min in all.
