I am not really into sublimation but as a crafter,
I had to check it out. Since working with this medium, I like the ease of the polyester process but it requires too many additional supplies for the materials not the machine. For example, purchasing a coating for cotton and other substrates. Vinyl just makes it a bit easier for my purpose. Let me say, I am not fond if printing T-shirts.
I purchased MDF coasters (months in advance) as holiday gifts for my daughter’s teachers. PERFECT! You would think they were designed with a professional mass production machine.
Yes, those gifts generated more revenue. Thank you Inkfinitee! You Rock!

Buyer beware. This company lies.
I do not recommend this business. They have very poor Customer service and they blame their mail service providers ( which they pick to mail their items through), when their own website at check out, states express delivery in 3 days, which of course doesn't happen. They would rather tell customers they are wrong then try to fix the issue. They then state that they don't even offer this shipping, even when I provided them with proof.
Won't be buying from them again and I am going to make sure all out craft followers don't buy from them again. Oh and if you leave a 1 star review on their site, they hide those once they comment to them, so other buyers can't see how bad they are.

First of all, we did not lie about our shipping. We have more than 2100 5-star reviews that speak about how we conduct business. However, we will not stand for anyone who is accusing us of lying about shipping, or about anything for that matter. As explained to you in our email correspondence, we ship UPS Ground for orders above 1 pound; and that our shipping is “live rates” which means that the information is directly coming from the carrier. Whatever you see at the time of checkout is what the carrier is offering at that time.
Secondly, we don’t know why you claim that it was 3-day express shipping, because UPS Ground is not express shipping. You placed your order on Sunday 09/26/21 and we shipped your order the next day Monday, 09/27/21. As stated in our Shipping Policy “We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order that is in transit, please contact the carrier first so they can assist you in locating your package.”
Lastly, whatever UPS shows you in terms of shipping speed like a “3 business days” is their estimate, not ours. The only delivery they guarantee is their Next Day Air. What we don’t understand is why you are blaming us for the delay of your order when we shipped your order the day after you placed it. We suggest contacting UPS and voicing your concerns to them for the delay of your package. Have a wonderful day.
