Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 💙 It truly means a lot to us to hear how much you're enjoying your Paint Vibe kit. We're so happy you noticed the little details that we work hard on—like the pre-framed canvas, the colored guide, and our high-quality paints. Knowing that you've chosen Paint Vibe as your go-to for paint-by-number projects is the highest compliment we could receive. We can't wait to be part of your next creative adventure. Happy painting!

This absolutely made our day—thank you so much for taking the time to share this! 😊 We’re especially happy to hear that both the paintings and our support team have treated you well. We always aim to be fast, helpful, and yes… very much human on this side of the screen (no bots, just coffee and kindness ☕😄). Your support over the years truly means a lot to us. Happy painting, and we can’t wait to be part of your next masterpiece! 🎨✨

Thanks so much for your patience—we completely understand the frustration. The holiday peak season has caused heavy carrier delays worldwide, and unfortunately delivery timing is outside of our control once orders are in transit. That said, we promise the wait is worth it! We use top-quality canvases and paints so you’ll have a truly memorable PaintVibe experience once it arrives. 🎨✨ We appreciate you sticking with us!
