I just spent an additional $2000 to fix
I just spent an additional $2000 to try to fix my 50W fiber laser. I installed it and the thing is still not working. In fact this thing has rarely worked. After a month of owning it, the laser head assembly failed. I replaced it on warranty and it ended up failing again six months later. When I received the laser initially, I contacted their support because it had been clear that they sent me a returned unit. They gave me a slight discount. Do not buy from this company. Yes, this is considered a budget laser, but that is assuming it works. I am now over $5500 in the hole 2 months out of warranty. I tried to use it for engraving aerospace components as a 1 person machine shop, but it only worked for one project. I have not only lost the $5500 for the laser and parts, but in reality lost over $20,000 in work that did not come back because this pos product caused me to send parts very late.
