Do not buy from them! While the litter box works fine, their customer service is just horrible! If your cat refuses to use the litter box ( mine is just terrified and wont go near it ), you have to pay for the return shipping and if you, God forbid, threw away the box, they will deduct the original box coast from the refund! Who charges for a box??? Very unpleasant experience, this company needs a better customer support

We invested in 2 of the Neakasa M1 units and have 7 cats using them. Best thing we could have ever done. The savings in litter alone has paid for both of them. Highly recommended.

Serena was great in helping me solve my issue. I bought a P2 pro and have been enjoying using it. The clipper attachment decides to break and I was looking for a replacement. Serena responded quickly to my emails and was very friendly :)

I’ve had some issues with cleaning my unit when taking it apart. Neakasa customer service has been very responsive with long detailed emails back to me, including videos on how to troubleshoot. They were amazing and have fixed my issue.

Excellent customer service and a very promising product. My experience with Neakasa has been great from the start. Shortly after purchasing my M1, I contacted customer support regarding a coupon that I had missed during checkout. They were incredibly helpful and applied the discount retroactively, refunding the difference directly to my credit card. The support was fast, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused, which is becoming increasingly rare. I also really like the concept behind the M1. It addresses a very modern pet-care problem by reducing the amount of repetitive daily maintenance required from cat owners, while still keeping the litter area practical and convenient. So far, I’m extremely impressed with Neakasa as a company, especially with the quality of their after-sales service.
