Helpful customer service from Serena I purchased my Neakasa automatic litter box through Amazon UAE and unfortunately experienced technical issues after several months of use. I contacted Neakasa’s customer support team, and Serena has been very helpful and attentive. She kindly offered to send me a complimentary set of replacement sensors to help resolve the issue. I’m currently waiting to receive the parts and test whether they fix the problem. I will update my review and share more about my experience once the litter box is fully working again. This litter box changed our lives, no more scooping litter.

If it works, the product works well. If it doesn’t work, the helpdesk is very responsive—genuinely top 5 of the support services I’ve come across in my life. However, the M1 2024 did have some teething problems which caused issues with stuck cat litter, leading to mechanical problems with the doors and tray. I believe these have all been addressed by the updated version of the unit, which is again testimony to the responsiveness of the company. Buy the latest version, not the older one.

The silicone mat failed twice for two different reasons, but they sent a replacement after I contacted them. They were quick to resolve the issue and send a new mat with assembly instructions, and they even asked for feedback on how the replacement process went. Thank you.

Haben seit 1 Monat eine M1 Katzentoilette u bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden damit. Was mich etwas stört ist, dass beim reinigen alle Klumpen sich auf einer Stelle im Auffangbehälter sammeln, somit sich ein Turm bildet u im schlimmsten Fall, beim Reinigungsvorgang der Mist am äußeren Gehäuse hängen bleibt u mir alles verschweinst. Somit leere ich täglich den Auffangbehälter. Geht halt von den Tütenins Geld. 2. Ist das Netz zum trennen des Klimpstreus von den Häufchen sehr grobmaschig. Hier wäre ein feineren Netz wünschenswert dann würden auch etwas größere Verschmutzungen aussortiert werden. Da meine 2 Fellnasen ähnlich wiegen erkennt die Waage nicht zuverlässig wer die Toilette benutzt hat. Vllt gibt's da mal eine Lösung. Ansonsten wurden sie super angenommen u funktioniert klasse. I have the original gray Neakasa M1 litter box and have had to contact customer support twice over the two years I have owned the box. Both times, customer support has been responsive (with consideration to the time difference) and helpful in fully resolving my issues. The first issue was that the motor in the litter box no kommt properly functioned, so I was sent a new motor with video instructions for the install. The second issues was that I heard the litter box gears had been updated to improve safety. It would have been nice to be informed of the potential danger to my cats without the upgraded gear. However, I received the updated gear and install instructions without delay after I contacted customer support.

I purchased my M1 Neakasa 18 months ago and it has worked really well til lately. I reached out to customer service and they've been very helpful with troubleshooting. I purchased a replacement gear motor and the product is still not working but they have offered to send me a refurbished unit! I am super happy about that because my unit is 6 months past warranty. Customer service has been good!
