Suite à une panne sur ma litière automatique et à la fermeture du revendeur, j'ai contacté le service client Neakasa. L'équipe (Serena) a été très réactive et compréhensive en me proposant l'envoi gracieux d'un capteur de remplacement depuis leur entrepôt. J'attends désormais la réception de la pièce pour effectuer la réparation.

We've had the Neakasa M1 cat litter robot for a couple of years now, and I don't think we could ever go back to a basic litter tray. Our cat is a big boy (9kg), and we were finding it hard to find a robot that would fit him comfortably. However, he has had no issues at all with the M1, thanks to its large size and open-top design.
