The litter box itself has been helpful when it's working and deserves a 4 star. The low stars comes from not having a service center in Thailand eventhou Neakasa products are sold here. Neakasa support team staff has been helpful with diagnostics of whats wrong and offering multiple solutions so we can have a working litter box again. But all solutions requires us to DIY and I'm not confident that we can sucessfully do it, especially with several issues on hand. I would rather pay some money to have the professionals handle diagnosed and fix the machine, but there's no service center.

I received the m1 as a gift, and after a few weeks of use, the robot started to flag a consistent technical error. The neakasa support team has been very helpful and solution oriented, giving me options for how best to fix my robot. The issue still persists, but the support team is actively working to repair or replace it.

Like the openness of the auto litter, but sometimes poop gets dislodged when it self cleans and falls out bc top is too open

Purchased the M1 automatic cat litter box in October 2024. It operated correctly for 2 weeks before it began to have issues. It began to empty the litter into the waste bin soon after being filled. It then would alert that the waste bin was full. I tried every recommendation, changed the type of litter using cheap, mid-range and the most expensive. I thoroughly cleaned the unit and nothing corrected the issue. It then would not connect to wifi, it had issues connecting from day 1 however I did not consider that a serious flaw. I contacted Customer Service after attempting to address the issues. Customer Service advised that I try what I had already had done several times and then requested I send the names of the litter I had used and a video of the malfunctioning unit. I responded that neither was possible as I do not sit and watch the unit and no longer had the containers from the litter. When the unit failed to make the connection to wifi,, there is a button that needs to light I was able to send a video of that and they finally determined that the unit was malfunctioning. The entire process took over two months of emails to their Customer Service department with many assurances that they would resolve the issue. They finally sent a replacement unit. However, I would have preferred a refund as I have lost all respect for this company and would never purchase another product from them. I had told them in an email that I paid a premium price and received a product that the Dollar Store would be ashamed to sell. Their Customer Service is also rock bottom, I would not recommend anything from this company. 7/2/26 Received an email from Trustpilot today requesting 'additional information' within 3 days. It further stated if I do not provide the information "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." I assure you my review is genuine. I had great difficulty with the Customer Service Department when the original unit failed. The replacement unit has not had any issues. Neakasa has also responded to an issue with the units with amazing speed, sending a replacement part to any customer who requested it free of charge. With that in mind I have changed my original one star rating to a 3 start rating. I am not changing it to 5 stars because of the difficulty I had returning the defective unit. However, the company did respond quickly when a safety issue was identified.
