Order #NS260709683962 David Schlau Customer Service -10, relief in solving a problem -10. I approved the final rendition of the sign -10 for me with out the verbage. My fault. On the final finished product they left off. The were unable to add the phrase "DON"T PRESS THE BUTTON" However they did offer to remake the sign for $280 that cost me $231 originally a month ago? When I get the bill it says on the cover letter from "this piece of text is to tiny for light up and can only be printed onto the acrylic backboard". Based on that comment I believe they chose to not add for the same reason DONT PRESS THE BUTTON to the sign and hoped I would not miss it and did! I think if I talked to the factory and not their contracted customer service I could get some satisfaction. But in the mean time customer service is only an extension of the factory......And customer service SUCKS as read in previous COMMENT CARDS/REVIEWS on line. Havnt received the product yet, however buyer beware. This ships from mainland China, the website promises a 14 day delivery from time of order, and so far it has been 16 days, and it is still hung up in china awaiting shipment to the United States. I keep checking the UPS website, and the delivery date continually gets further and further out. Now it is projected to deliver on Monday, which will be 21 days from order date. I am starting to wonder if this is ever going to arrive.

The quality and speed of production was amazing ! Taina was very attentive to My needs. I will definitely be producing more signs soon!
