I have the Neakasa Pet Grooming Kit and Vacuum. You might think of the old "Flowbee". This is a great product. I use it on my Mini Poodle and save hundreds of $$$ by grooming my self. It's easy to use and I can groom her inside with little or no mess, and I use the vacuum by itself to clean any mess. It's easy to empty and a pleasure to use.

I have been very happy with my Neakasa M1 overall. It keeps odors under control very well, the motor is quiet, it is easy to clean, and the design does not take up too much space. Recently, the hard plastic frame around the silicone pad broke, and I had difficulty finding a replacement in Indonesia because the official store was out of stock. I contacted Neakasa Support, and Serena responded quickly and handled the issue in a very helpful and solution-oriented way. She checked the available options and offered to arrange a replacement silicone pad directly from Neakasa’s warehouse in China. The replacement has not arrived yet, but I truly appreciate the fast response, clear communication, and practical support I have received so far.

We’ve been using the Neakasa litter boxes for a year now, with 2 in the house with a multicat house. Had an issue with one and went to support and they responded quickly and solved the issue. Wonderful customer service, thank you!
