I have a Myzone because I have a heart condition where I had a valve replaced 3 years ago, my heart rate has to stay at a certain level, Myzone allows me to keep track of it. I t becomes a pain when it shuts off on it's own and I have to restart it

I use my Myzone Switch everyday. I tend to use the wrist strap now as I live in a tropical climate and get quite sweaty. Sometimes when I'm exercising, it does sometimes show a very low heartrate which i know is not accurate, which is very frustrating. But it is easy to use and I love knowing how hard I've worked. I do not like the automatic heart rate adjustment if I'm in the red zone (Very rarely) for a couple of minutes, as there's usually a valid reason why my heart rate has spiked in that moment and doesn't mean I need to increase my MHR level. But overall I am very happy with this device!

I find it frustrating that when myzone hasn’t connected for any reason then the points are lost. I have tried to update records by contacting myzone but then I’m told I need to have the points verified by the manager and so it goes on around the houses! Mangers forget, have other things to do and then time passes by and then I’m told you can only claim for the last week. This is really unsatisfactory. Why is it not possible to be able to input manually like in Strava for missed sessions without having to get ratifications all the time. Is there no trust? It is not helpful if you are trying to motivate yourself or have set targets to achieve. Come on please give a better service. Strava gives this feature for free.

I have had a Myzone belt since 2016 and love how it motivates me and encourages me to keep on training even when I dont feel like it. Our gym often have competitions and I won a Myzone Global challenge in October 2021. This really made me feel valued by Myzone and their customer support and friendliness is just awesome.

Love Myzone! The only thing that is frustrating is the amount of times and the frequency it drops out in our Gym on the screens so our class cant compare how everyone is doing during the class (yes we are competitive)LOL it seems it is down on the screens more than what it is up.

I love the myzone and the information it shares, also like connecting with my community and sharing my workouts, helps keep me and my friends accountable. Would love to be able save interval timers that i reuse daily instead of making daily, but love the timer.

In general, I'm quite happy with the app and use it regularly. My only issues are with the monitoring device(s). The original belt version started becoming unreliable. It would stop/start reading and would often miss half my workout. It's possible this was related to me working out in the cold (in my new COVID inspired workout space in my garage - cold in the NH winter). I upgraded to the MZ-Switch which is more reliable and comfortable (on the wrist). The only issue is that it doesn't seem to record my heart rate accurately - at least not all the time. I rarely get into the yellow anymore (and never red) whereas I used to be in the yellow regularly with the former monitor.
