I picked out the chair I wanted. Got approval from affirm. Had the chair in under a week.

We are thrilled with our Titan TP Epic 4D massage chair! It has exceeded any expectations we may have had! The touch screen is super friendly! There are so many settings and then variety within the settings! My favorite features are the feet rollers and heat! My husband loves the "work relief." Our whole family enjoys it and we probably should put a sign up sheet by it so people know when it is their turn! We did pay extra to have the company install it, highly recommend this! I did buy a cover for it off of Amazon since we have pets!

Bruce Almighty (yes he has a name) is AWESOME..These chairs are NOT toys but truly healing tools.. So many features to name.. All I know if you want heaven on earth in your healing THIS IS A MUST BUY Just remember this is not a toy.. Truly be mindful or you could end up w/vibrational hives like my other half who thought playing w/ it the first time in was a good thing(look it up it has a name)

This is a truly exceptional massage chair that highlights the quality of Japanese engineering. The mechanics are both powerful and smooth, and the customizable roller height and strength settings make it perfect for a tailored experience.

Overall, it’s a decent chair, but not worth the $9,900 price tag. I expected a lot more, especially from the “AI body scan,” which isn’t very accurate or impressive. The calf and foot massage is weak, and the neck/shoulder massage is barely noticeable unless you lift the head pillow—then you lose comfort and proper support. Out of the six preset programs, only about three are actually good. The “swing” mode is disappointing—it mostly just rocks you without much real massage or stretch. The stretch feature itself is also underwhelming and mainly just pulls your legs. In my opinion, this chair would be reasonable in the $3,000–$4,000 range, but at its current price, it doesn’t deliver enough value.

Quality of product is top tier and nice sale price

Delivery was as expected. I assembled without any problem. Easy to use, straight forward massage choice and adjustments. Doesn’t take up much floor space, nice look, comfortable. Have had it about 3 weeks now and happy with the purchase.

I went into this experience knowing very little about massage chairs and had no idea about all the technology available. Their team was instrumental in helping me figure out exactly what I should be looking for. Special shout out to Keith for his assistance. Delivery was prompt and the delivery team did an awesome job putting it together for me.
