had new upgrade on phone but have lost the daily check list which i liked to view

Using the belt helps me keep track of workouts and pushes me to work just that little bit harder to get into the next zone. I am 50 years old and have been using it for around 5 years an wouldn’t be without it now!

I love using my my zone heart ♥️ rate monitor for my workouts. It keeps me accountable and allows me to watch my zones live so I can keep myself in the desired zone for optimal MEPs earned. I Love a friendly competition. I’ve had the same Myzone monitor for years. I’ve only had to replace the belt it’s self because of wear and tear. I wear it everyday and I workout two to three times a day. I’ve used other heart rate monitors in the past and found that Myzone is the best. ♥️

Fantastic I love the myzone. Really helps me push myself.

I really love using my Myzone, its super accurate and I can use it for any and all of my activities. The one things I wish I could do is edit the time. Sometimes I forget I have mine on after working out and it reduces my output percentage because it continued to run after I am done working out. IT would give me a better idea of my output if I could change the time.
