Hi Louise,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really sorry to hear this, especially after all the hard work you put in to reach Gold and work towards Platinum. ❤️ We completely understand how frustrating it must be to see your progress affected when your workouts aren not consistently being captured.
We would really like the opportunity to look into what is happening with your belt and see if we can help get you back to tracking your workouts properly. If you have not already, please reply to the email that I have sent from Trustpilot, which will ask for some more details.
We hope we can get you back to enjoying your Myzone journey and working towards Platinum! 💪❤️

I love tracking my fitness with My…
I love tracking my fitness with My Zone. It helps me understand how my body is being used whilst working out - for example I now understand what my body feels like when my heart is working hard (red zone). My Zone helps me monitor improvements in my fitness levels.
I have given a 3 star because My Zone often loses connection when I use it - I would give it a five star if it worked 100% of the time.

Hi Amanda,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are really pleased to hear that Myzone is helping you better understand your body during workouts and track your fitness improvements. 💙
That said, we are sorry to hear that your device is frequently losing connection. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you are relying on Myzone to track your workouts.
Our team would be more than happy to take a closer look into this with you and see what may be causing the connection issues. If you could please reply to the email from Trustpilot requesting your contact details, I will arrange for one of our team members to reach out to you and help troubleshoot this with you.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope we can get you back to enjoying a reliable Myzone experience! 💙

I enjoy having the heart rate accuracy…
I enjoy having the heart rate accuracy during a team training workout - however, often it doesn't "show up" until
I am a quarter to half way thru the workout! I have been using this monitor for almost a year now 2-3 times a week and the results remain spotty.
The heart rate monitor is a great gauge when working out in my home gym as I use my phone to gauge my heart rate. It is usually equal to
My Apple Watch- though the monitor seems to register changes more quickly. The calorie burn shows double what my Apple
Watch does. Not sure why that is.
Over all I enjoy using this heart rate
Monitor when in the group training sessions. When we are all
Showing up on the board, it's fun to reach for the Red and encourage other participants when they are
Getting into the red zone

Not impressed activities are not seperate
Im happy how it records my training but very disappointed that it will no differentiate between blaze, circuits or swim.
I have to go into the app and manually edit this.
I was told it will keep a record of all my different activities.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with how Myzone records your training. We understand your frustration with having to manually edit your workout types, especially when you are looking to keep a clear record of your different activities.
Your feedback around activity categorisation is really valuable, and we will be sure to share it with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the Myzone experience. We appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy tracking your training with Myzone.

When it works then it’s great
When it works then it’s great, when it’s impossible to get red then it’s also impossible to speak to someone about adjusting heart rate. It’s only my workout and my app when someone from Myzone agrees.

Hi Vernon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when your heart rate zones do not seem to reflect the effort that you are putting into your workouts, especially when you are unable to get the support you need.

We have requested your contact details through Trustpilot so a member of our support team can reach out directly and review your heart rate settings and workout data with you. I had a problem that when I began to…
I had a problem that when I began to get fitter, my blood pressure came down naturally I am on medication which knocked down my heart rate for the same workout, and my rating dropped like a stone , and I went from Platinum to Copper.
Resetting my Max heart rate did help but I am now working harder that i ever have before and still struggling to get the results i used to.
Response from MyzoneMay 27, 2026

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We completely understand how frustrating it must feel to be working harder than ever and not seeing the effort reflected in your Myzone results as you previously did.
Our support team would be more than happy to help look into this with you and make sure your settings are optimised correctly for your current fitness and medication circumstances.
If you could please reply to the separate email sent via Trustpilot with your contact details, I’ll arrange for one of our team members to reach out directly and help get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Help desk great but should not need them
The help desk for MyZone are very responsive which is great. What is not great is having to contact them repeatedly to get the automatic Max HR reset undone whenever the chest strap decides to mis read and give a random high value. You should be able to set the Max HR yourself or at the very least approve any suggested update.

Hi Miles,
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We are glad to hear our support team has been responsive, but we completely understand your frustration about having to reach out each time this happens. Your suggestion to allow users to approve or manage Max HR updates directly is a valuable one, and we have shared it with our product team for review as we continue improving the experience.

So desperately want to continue loving…
So desperately want to continue loving MyZone, but it's becoming incredibly and increasingly difficult.
MyZone completely transformed my fitness journey, nothing making me go further or dig deeper than trying to reach that elusive red zone. I became a huge fan of the concept and brand, inviting everyone I knew (and even those I didn't) to get on board, setting challenges and gaining MEPs. It got me heading to the gym twice a week or more, opportunity permitting.
However, the technology just isn't developed enough to be consistently reliable. It seems painfully inevitable that despite following the usage & care instructions religiously/obsessively, it will eventually have connectivity issues and fail to loads onto Blaze Screen classes. You will be swapping out straps to determine what's at fault, pouring over troubleshooting guides, incessantly wetting sensors in vain, reloading the app in hopes that it links and stays linked, sending email chains and MyData lists to helpdesk, pleading to keep ranking status by evidencing workouts you've done with photo attachments, and more. Getting the tech to work is as strenuous as a full HIIT workout in itself. Helpdesk isn't the easiest to get hold of and communication can taper off after the initial flurry of helpful messages, I am currently waiting to hear if two of my Blaze classes can be added, just based on the average of previous classes before we get to the end of December and progress is lost. I have the photos of the sign-in sheet and log shows I was wearing device and trying to get it to stay on.
I am confident that the next generation of MyZone modules will improve these issues, but for now, I regrettably feel the Mz-Switch is 2-3 years away from where it needs to be. I am tempted to try the integrated MyZone tee in the hopes this limits what can go wrong, but spending another £60 for it to still not work is too risky.
Yes I charged from a laptop for low voltage.
Yes I disconnect it from cradle after each workout.
Yes I allow workout to autodetect
Yes I only used water on sensors
Yes it isn't paired as a Bluetooth device
