Though I'm happy with the concept of this belt, the old model was better and keeping track of my workout. The new model will go from yellow to gray for no apparent reason to me, as my workouts are strenuous. It is not consistent. My battery is at 55%.

As a product and a company, Myzone is severely lacking. The company only has a 12 month warranty for the belt and a 3 month warranty for the module. For reference, the module has a 6 month battery life, meaning they don't even stand behind their product long enough to charge it the first time. I needed a new belt so I emailed and asked about the electrodes on it. I was sent a picture and was reassured that it was the belt I was looking for. Got the belt, surprise, it wasn't the right one. Contacted myzone again, was told the belt I was looking for hasn't been made since 2018 and that agent lied to me. Was told I could send it back and would be reimbursed fully, including the cost of return shipping. I was only reimbursed for the belt, tax, and original shipping. So I contacted them again. Was told "this was not told by any of our agents in previous email." Except it was. So glad I keep all my emails from myzone. Sent a screenshot back. Waiting to hear a reply. Horrible communication and management. If you buy a product from them you better hope and pray it works for as long as you want to use it because they will not help you.

This is a deceitful company , with terrible customer service . Be extremely careful in your dealings with them , they lied several times to sell and promote there products. Unfortunately i was unable to resolve our issue as they made no attempt to resolve.

Really like it

Myzone is really good when it is working but there are times when it completely drops out and the heart rate falls dramatically even when my activity hasn't changed - eg I may be running on the treadmill and it goes from the early 80% to 60% for no reason at all and I am still doing the same speed. I have found the quickest way to get it back on track is to run my finger along the inside of the chest strap which seems to get it back on track. It isn't the end of the world but is very annoying when all my efforts are not being recorded correctly.

Myzone is a great device for tracking your individual exercise effort levels. The only issue I've experienced is a couple of system outages lately resulting in a couple of exercise sessions lost from the database.

I have used Myzone as an accountability tool for a long time, and find it essential to my training.

I love my Myzone watch. It gives me a way to track my workout on several different levels. I appreciate the follow up email that I receive after every workout. THANK YOU Myzone Team!!
