I made it to HOF MEPstar with 90 days to the next level (HOF Elite). But every time I use my MyZone Max, (which is less than one year old) the belt catches my workouts but does not upload my MEPS. I'm currently missing over 7 days of exercises. I contacted Customer service who is dragging their feet on a resolution. Over the past eight years and using different Myzone devices (upgrades after upgrades) and having to pay for each one. I have had to contact customer service a number of times, at least four. Each time has been a lengthy and frustrating process. I'll be very disappointed if I lose my status and have to start over.

I have been with myzone for 8 years - love the focus. I have contacted customer service twice in that time and wow 🤩- I have had the answer within 24 hrs and accurate . In a world of slow , indifferent service - this is incredible . Well done Sharon C and Myzone .👏👏👏👏💪

Hi i got to gold .was on way to platinum ♥️ but every time I used the belt half time not even catch my excise unless walking up a big hill every time. I am now back down where pretty much started so sadly I not use this anymore 😔

Going to Curves in Dayton has been great for me. I love all the people and the coaches are wonderful. My reason for starting the Curves workouts was to get stronger and I have definitely gained strength and stamina. I'm hooked on Curves!
