Great service. Had to beep once and they answered quickly. Feel very secure wearing it. I never am without my Medical Guardian.

I was truly excited about getting my smart watch. The sales person was very nice but unfortunately he did not inform me properly. You will need to ask questions. Do you have a metal roof. He told me it was Satellite but no. It uses other cell towers to bounce the signal. Where you live is there a good cellular signal. I found out the first day of use there was no signal or very weak. While I was on the phone with customer service and we were testing the device without warning it sent out a emergency alert that I had fallen and no response. Needless to say all of my emergency contacts were notified along with a fire truck pulling up in front of my house. I was shocked. Even the person that I was on the phone with had no idea what happened. There is no point is me having a device that will only work in certain parts of my home or outside. Defeats the purpose. No I have to fight with them to get my money back. I was told 30 days and the truth is you have 15 days or there is a fee & you have to pay for the shipping on the return. I told them I was not paying for the shipping. They said they would sent me a shipping label via email 2 days ago. I just not called again & was told it never was sent & they will send it again and oh by the way..there is a cancellation letter that you will need to sign. First time I heard about that. This will come in a DocUSign. I am just saying be careful and stay on top of this. Do your due diligence. I also have called several other companies that are the same way. 4 Days later and still not cancellation document and no pre-paid label.

I had an incident a year ago(heart attack). My Daughter came immediately and called Medical Services to rescue me. I think the medical guardian alerted her to my falling. Other than that, I wear it continually and it appears to be working fine.

I’m over 75 and fell twice in the last year. Once I pushed the wrist button the ambulance and a friendly police man arrived within 10 minutes, one was at 2:00 AM! Fantastic service! VERY highly recommended!!
