I feel safe wearing it i only wish battery lasted longer. Customer Service is very good and helpful.

My mom and I appreciate the peace of mind we have with this device. I live 2000 miles away and feel more at ease knowing that mom can call for help with just the press of a button. When mom accidentally drops her device, within a minute or less she receives a call to ask if she is okay. Thank goodness!

customer service responded and secured a working device promptly to me after my device failing. I dropped my device from my belt and it didn't work. I had put the belt device on my unit as the lanyard was NOT ADJUSTABLE. I liked the previous system more than this one; but realize things change. Thankfully i have the replacement coverage.

We are very happy with Medical Guardian. Mom has the watch and has good reception, even in an area where it isn't the best otherwise. Customer service is immediate and helpful, and I am happy they are keeping an eye on Mom, even when they got an alert and nothing was actually wrong. I recommend Medical Guardian to everyone.

After falling in bathroom, medical device detected the fall and contacted Medical Gurdian. They called an ambulance and everything turned out ok.

Luckily have not have had to use emergency button. But when “testing” very quick response. Only wish battery would last longer. When had a question, was answered right away and person very pleasant.
