Relief !llllllllllllll it helps me feel better
It's a great relief for me because I live in AZ and my dad is 90 and lives in Pa . I think my dad feeles safer. Thank you

Confidence that they do what they say they will do!
I am Brian speaking on behalf of my Mom. For me, after extensive research, I was confident that I made the right choice by choosing Medical Guardian. I am pleased to now know that I was right! Whether it be testing the system or an accidental activation of the system, they were there quickly with well speaking folks loud and clear. So far I could not be happier with response time and the overall functionality of the system.

MY WRIST BAND DOES NOT TELL TIME!
Everything seems to be fine. Need to do a test again as I only did one on initial setup. Still hope I never have to use it! David

Wife has not used or tested the product yet, she has been under the weather, not heart, she will try it pretty soon. She said it looked like something she could do !!!

Great product
I first found out about this product from a online review site which compared them to the other options in the space called consumers advocate. What tipped the scale for me was that along with their price being low, they also had been recommended by AARP which I think has a strong reputation. Ultimately this service is well worth it for my grandmother who lives alone and has already had a fall. I appreciate that she now has their monitoring service to stay safer.

Very pleased with the service and product
I wish I got this system when my kids told me about it. I almost died and then realized I need this system. If I had it before I would not have laid on the floor for 3 days before getting help. Being old and living alone can be very dangerous. I'm happy the incident made me realize that I need to be protected. My family and I are very happy with the service and the product itself.

Great for senior citizens
We just received the medical alert system, my husband hooked it up for my father in less than an hour. It was an easy setup and only took about 10 minutes. We tested the buttons couple of times and know that it works. So far my father has not needed to use it but I feel better that he has it. What we’re getting for the price is totally worth it compared to other brands. Our activation fee was waived and we were also offered a free lockbox. All in all, we are happy with the service so far.
