We get a lot of calls from Medical Guardian saying they got an alarm that my mom has fallen when nothing has happened. It's always an automated call. It's never a real person. The call always says we could not get a response from your mom and emergency services are on the way. Emergency services have never come or called so either Medical Guardian is not calling them or they are not responding. I'm guessing the earlier. This has happened probably 20 times in a year.

Ordering and receiving in timely manner. Alert functions as intended and customer service is prompt and helpful. But it doesn’t function in Canada I found out. But otherwise happy with alert.

My 89 year old father lives alone and we have found the medical guardian device invaluable! One time, my father fell in the bathroom and could not get up. Luckily, he had on his device and was able to press the button for help. Medical Guardian contacted local EMS services and they were able to use the code to unlock the lockbox on my father's front door to gain access. They quickly assisted my father who was unhurt and he was able to go about his day. The system worked exactly as it should've and I have such peace of mind!

I called to see what options Medical Guardian had for fall detection. My mother already has a mini device necklace but we were becoming more concerned about possible falls. The person who answered our call said all we needed was to upload new software by placing her device on the charger for an hour. It did increase the charges but worth it for peace of mind.

2 wristwatches that always report me as different place as my home address. Then they tell me to get a less expensive device with better GPS. BEFORE NEXT DEVICE ARRIVES THE CUT OFF MY SERVICE ENTIRELY. This is insane

I have never had an issue with the response time from the team at Medical Guardian. I have Fall Protection in my plan and I have always gotten a quick call when I've accidentally dropped my small device. Medical Guardian is like having a special set of eyes following me around 24/7.

I've had to use it a few times at times I wish it would've answered faster but it answered.

Haven't had to use it, but feel confident that "if/when" I do, in help being on the way quickly.
