After two tries your product did not performed and your answer was that the product was out of range of your GPS, although other products were able to be used in the Kansas City area. I am also not able to understand that you cannot credit a full years cost until your whole system required more than thirty days to do the Credit back to me. This means that you have had use of my money for more than six weeks without any percussion to you. You need to speed up this process for interest has accrued and only the buyer assumes responsibility. No Thanks and word is spreading. GPS quality and refunds slow. Dale Bieber

Fall detection failed when Dad fell and broke his hip! You didn't answer my call later! I tried by phone and on hold forever! Anyone thinking of using this should run the other way!

My wife and i are still acclimatizing to our Medical Guardian in our split-level home on one acre. We have yet to test the upstairs bathrooms to hear responses and our replies. We still feel the speaker, mike in hand (as implied in a famous commercial) would be more satisfactory (tho, for two, very expensive). But your system for two may do the basic job we need.

Dealing with Medical Guardian was vary pleasent, The person I spoke with was polite, knew their product well. I live on a fixed income and Guardian was able to work with me to set this up so it was vary easy. I am a vary satisfied customer, keep up the good work.

The people at Medical Guardian have always been very helpful in anything I have asked them. They made the set up very easy and responded to issues that I had from the very start.

I have several questions that i would like clarification on, I leave callback messages and no is calling me back. I had personal representive, his name was Chris, my calls to him are not returned. I have not been able to get through to customer service. my next point of contact will be the Better Business Bureau. I am not even sure this is a valid business.

I was hopeful to receive the newest Medical Guardian unit which incorporates both GPS and fall detection components. However, we have tried TWO DIFFERENT units neither of which work because they would not take a charge. We are waiting for the third to arrive, but I am concerned about the lack of confidence my mother has in the device at this point. Additionally, wait time to speak with customer service and activation reps were ridiculously long. Very frustrating. Regardless of whether or not device #3 works, I may need to cancel our subscription if my mother's doubt makes her feel insecure with this system.
