Well designed system. Set-up is easy to follow.

Sales great, response time for emergency call great. Need more customer service personnel. Wait time 8-10 minutes, email response very slow (or not at all). Once customer service contact was made they were very good.

So far we have had a good experience with Medical Guardian. They were very helpful answering all my questions and providing the equipment. We had a couple incidents where the button was pushed by accident but all was dealt with easily. It actually gave us an idea who the system worked.

Initially, I was having great difficulty getting in touch with Customer Service, although my sales rep (Jennifer Rash) was fabulously responsive. Was ready to cancel, but was contacted by the customer retention rep who listened attentively and was responsive to my concerns. While I am sorry I had to threaten to cancel, I am pleased with the eventual responsiveness of the customer retention representative who contacted me - and has made himself available to myself, my mother and my aunt (for whom the systems were purchased). Very reassured that I made the right choice in alert systems.

I was very happy with the phone sales lady. She explained everthing I needed to know. I eventually installed the unit and put the watch pendant on Grams and tested system three different ways. All worked as promised. Nice to know the pendant is waterproof with a repalcement guarantee. never have had to use it yet, but I know the day will come. Don't procrastinate, get it before you need it. Being a firefighter, I know how important this is to have a medical alert for a loved one, otherwise we show up at homes and it is too late to save someones live.

I feel the wrist band is a little clunky looking- too big. Not exactly flattering in any way. Plus, unfortunately, I am experiencing an allergic reaction to the band, itches and rash breaks out. I plan to call and ask for the lanyard device instead. Otherwise-all good.

I have only had my Medical Guardian for about 2 1/2 weeks. So far so good, I have not had the need to use it yet, although I did test it. The person on the other side answered very quickly, and very politely. I have no complaints.
