I was more than satisfied with the information I received regarding Medical Guardian. The person providing the information was extremely courteous, informative and pleasant.

Unfortunately my salesman never asked me about our cell carrier , AT&T, and the reception in my area. Even though the "map" shows good coverage , it is poor ! In fact, there was NO service on the device. Therefore it was useless in my house. Had to move on to another device that has better reception

The staff is very professional and courteous. I called to request a pendant to replace the wrist band and they are sending one right away. Thanks

Tests OK. Haven't had a need to use it.

Everything has been good except when I see ads about getting first month free which I did not.

The set-up and activation of the Cellular based hardware was very simple. The instructions were very clear. The woman I spoke with for Activitation was very helpful. I look forward to this being a great back-up plan for my Dad.

Did my research and chose Medical Guardian because of the reviews from customers and "so called" industry experts (now I think that these are paid reviews). Well signing up and paying was the easy part, getting what was promised is another. Lots of misspellings and missed shipped dates. Hoping that the contract date for system start is extended because we lost a month going through MG's mistakes and late shipments. Still have not received the lock box as promised. When I called back to explain the situation, no real remedy offered, guess I'll have to call Main Office and file my complaints. If you go with MG, go over everything 3 or 4 times to get it all correct.

Good product so far did not get it on time.
