When I ordered the device, I was under the impression every necklace came equipped with a speaker! My Mom is 89 years old! She can not get to the phone quickly! I thought that if she needed to contact me or emergency she could press the button on the necklace and speak to the medical guardian dispatcher! Who would either call me or emergency! Very disappointed!!!

Very unhappy with the service. After paying the annual premium we waited several weeks for the unit to arrive, which only did after 3 calls were made. When the order was received, not all equipment promised was included. How can they save my mothers life if they can't get the order straight? We cancelled without even starting!

This is a gift service given to me by my children. They feel a lot safer with my medical guardian as do I. I can go anywhere and feel that I always have someone to help me if needed. I feel very comfortable and self reliant with my equipment. Thank you for a very good product.

I have to be honest and mention I have only been a customer for a short time but so far, everything has been fine, I did set the alarm off by accident They called me immediately and assured me not to feel bad because it happens sometimes.
