This was the best investment I could of made for my mom in the long run.

The battery charging requirement of two hours each day was not acceptable (even though the representative said it should last 36 hours and that we should put it on the charger when she goes to bed). Since my Mother (Doris Doyle) needed to wear the device especially at night when she could fall going to the bathroom. We have just returned the device and are expecting a refund for the year long payment we made.

I was happy to do business with your company for my brother (Don Legate). The gentleman answered all my questions, did not pressure me to buy, made me aware of pricing and options. It was a pleasant experience. Ray Walls

Very good service and knowledgeable staff! No pressure and the product was as described. Installation was a snap. I like the idea that we could test the product as much as we needed so we had the comfort of knowing, they on the other end, could hear mother in other rooms of her home.

You have given me a great piece of equipment as I tested this weekend with my daughter in law here so she could talk to you and it has a working signal out to my barn & that is the distance I wanted to know if it worked & it did great. I live alone so that is important to know the distance out oh house. The girl talking on the test this was very very nice as my daughter in law asked her a few questions. Thanks very much.
