Salesman answered all our questions and was not pushy. He knew we were shopping around. He was available when called him a 2nd time with more questions. The equipment came in less than a week. It was tested at my mother's home and also while she was in another town. Both worked great and the person who answered both times was very friendly. The GPS while she was out was for across the street but that is pretty close.

After reviewing several products of this type, we decided to go with Medical Guardian for my mother. It was simple to set up and begin service. She has mistakenly pressed the button a couple of times--it seems that on the necklace it's about kitchen sink height--and has gotten a quick response. The only trouble so far is that it's gone off a couple of times during the night when it is on the recharging stand by her bedside. I really don't think this is her error, and it worries her that EMTs may arrive at her door when they aren't really needed.

I am surprised that the unit was not smaller, particularly in depth. It is too noticeable under a shirt. i.e. any standard golf shirt. The belt clip is poorly designed. It will not stay on any normal sized man's belt? What were you thinking?? Do you have any improvement updates planned??

My mom is 90, lives alone, we live close, but needed extra help. I researched Medical Guardian and was pleased to find good info and reviews. The first contact was with a very nice, kind, knowledgeable man. The system arrived quickly. It took a couple of days to set it up, because with my mom, sometimes I need her to get used to something new.Because of the delay, a pleasant young lady called to see if all was OK.Great!!! It was easy to set up. Mom was doing well. Just when I didn't think it could get any better, I finally called the set-up number. This lady was wonderful!! She reviewed the manual, helped us do a test and explained other things. She really helped my mom and I a lot. Thank you all for everything. My family has much more peace of mind now. God bless you!

We received the package containing the all that was necessary to set up the alert system, Set up was easy and accomplished within 10 minutes. I can also attest to the quickness of response since my wife fell in the house a few days ago and the system responded within seconds. Fortunately, the fall was not serious and did not require any further medical attention, but it was reassuring to know the system works as well as it did.

GPS unit did not work in my mothers house, worked with costumer service who told me we could not rely on a device that works sometimes for me to send it back. Had to pay for postage which I should not have. U received the unit back 6 days ago and are still Holding my 439.95 which needs refunded called to see why it has not been returned and told it may take 30 days which is totally ridiculous as it took u all a matter of minutes to charge me. I want my money back NOW!
