Easy to set up, loved the large print in the instructions

The lanyard is comfortable, it washed easily. I have not had to use the guardian so far.

My experience in securing and setting up a Medical Guardian system for my mother went smoothly.

My first contact was on the internet when I was researching the different medical alert systems & left my contact information. I was contacted by Lenny & he answered all my questions in a very positive way. He didn't push me to decide before I was ready and then I waited a day to call back to order. It took about 10 days to receive the device & a few phone calls to set up. I use the belt attachment in a pocket because using the lanyard is too bulky. My only problem so far is that cell phone coverage is spotty, but I've only had it about a month & am indoors most of the time. Will reevaluate after 3 months trial period.

I highly recommend this service, especially if you have a senior that has multiple levels in their house. The GPS feature is great. The reps are also very friendly even if you have set off the devise 5 times on accident ! :) David

The person who patiently explained how to activate the service and then the response team's patient response as my elderly Dad tested the device was exceptional! My Dad had to test it several times until he was comfortable and they patiently responded each time so he felt so confident that he was no longer alone. Thank you!!!

I have hit the button in error twice and so am trying to be careful. I need to know that when I am traveling is this truly a GPS and do I take the whole thing when I leave the house or is the unit just for plug in at home for recharging? My sister has questioned me on this.
