I found the Medical Guardian representatives were beyond approach. The saleswoman who took my order was able to answer all of my wife's and my questions and addressed each of my concerns. The technicians who assisted me with the activation and the operation of the device were patient with me even though they had to walk me through everything on four different calls. The reason for the four calls was because I came up with additional questions-not because they were not able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!
