The only thing that I am concerned about, is the weight of the device. I do understand that with a GPS it's going to weigh more. Overall, I like it very much

Right from the beginning conversation, I have felt support. The company seems dependable and has allowed me to leave the home with confidence.

I have noticed recently that my balance and gait are not as strong as they used to be. I live alone and worried about falling in the house, yard, or especially the shower. I would not be able to contact help if the fall seriously prevented movement. I also have heart issues that might cause an attack during the night or early morning. Having the Medical Guardian to wear relieves those concerns.

my overall experience with your folks, from the initial sales to follow up technical folks, was pleasant. The let down came when we received the initial unit and were testing/working with the monitoring center and found out that the only way they could hear us, was to speak directly into the speaker unit and within 6 feet of the unit. While at a distance greater than that, the monitoring center could not make out what was said. I was led to believe that a user could essentially carry the speaker device in say a pocket book or at distances much greater that 6 feet, and be heard. steve schmidt for charlotte degrado (user).

Hi Steve, We appreciate your feedback, and apologize that you are disappointed in the volume level of your mobile device. The good news is that if you are unable to communicate with the monitoring center, we will still dispatch help to your location. We also offer another mobile device, our Premium Guardian, which is an all-in-one device you can wear on a lanyard around your neck, or clipped onto your pocket or belt with the included belt clip. This device tends to be louder, as it is worn on your person and not muffled by a pocket or purse. If this is something you are interested in learning more about, or if you have any additional questions or concerns about your device, please do not hesitate to contact one of our representatives at 1-800-313-1191. Thank you! Thank you!

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the rep who assisted me. My mom has a greater degree of security and stability in living by herself. I've promised her she can remain in family home indefinitely and with this she is no longer looking at months but years - being in good health mentally as well as physically is a real blessing.

I'm able to leave my grandparents at night now without wondering if they'll be safe. The staff was very helpful in getting the system set up and helping them test using it. What a relief!

When we were shopping for a service so my disabled wife could stay at home and independent while I work a split shift as a bus driver, we tried four services. The two cheapest had Hindustani dispatchers. The third company, a sister firm to this one, almost helped us save two bucks a month by setting us up with a system that would have been incompatible with our home phone service (A Verizon landline). Medical Guardian offered all the important details to look for other than price. They worked with us until we got past the save-$2-and-buy-the-wrong-system issue, and the biggest problem we've had since we purchased was our tendency to accidentally bump the button. The dispatcher is always nice about handling our mistake. If we do have a problem, we know she can hear Lisa in the other rooms of the house. We're very happy with our system and its service.
