Lisa provides excellent customer service and was very responsive in following up and answering my questions. There are so many medical alerts on the market and it can be overwhelming. My mother recently had a heart attack and is alone a majority of the time. I know she is scared and I hope the medical guardian will give her some comfort, as well as for the rest of us. Thanks for your support Lisa in this difficult time for my family.

The service has been very good so far. The operators are very nice and courteous. All I would like to know is if you have a wrist band? if not you need to make a smaller pendent. I don't mind it when I wear it on my waist but when I have to wear it around my neck, which is more often than around my waist, I would like something a little smaller. It gets bumped too much and the operators have already called me once because of the fall protection. So after that I would when I would stand up or anything I would hold it in my hand. That it wouldn't get bumped. So if you happen to have a wrist band please send me one if not ya'll need to make them asap!

Very easy setup, I really like the fact you can take it with you where ever you go really gives you piece of mind knowing help is just a push of a button away. And a very reasonable price as well.

Ordered on 3/9 with 2-day delivery. Delivery is scheduled for 3/14.

I have been trying to get a refund promised in 15 to 30 days for returned equipment since January 31, 2016. Since I haven't yet seen a refund I called on February 22nd. Again promised a refund in 5 - 7 days. Since I have yet to see a refund I have called March 7th, 8th and am on hold with them right now. I have also been promised calls back from a supervisor to no avail. I ordered this equipment for my mother so I have the energy and determination to continue to fight for the refund. I feel really bad for elderly people who might not have the energy to pursue what is coming to them. Do not do business with this company.

I initially contacted/inquired about MG online. From then on, I received way too many calls from random CSR's. I repeatedly explained that "I" would contact them if/when I was ready to place and order. Although, the initial CSR that I placed my order w/was more than nice; it has still left a memorable imprint of the constant "OVER-CALLING" in my mind. However, it will be interesting to see if the system (in the end) was worth it all.
