I liked everything about this, but when I went to order for my mother it said pay for one year and get one month free for a certain amount.($26.00 & change). So I picked this one thinking I would get 13 months for the paid in full at one time price at $26. plus change price, but no the salesman insisted that it was $29.plus change price a month for a year because if I get one month free he divided the yearly(12 mos. cost) by 11 and came up with $29.plus change a month and that is what he recorded as the monthly price. Which I found totally sneaky!! He was supposed to put down the $26.plus price on my contact, said he did, but never did. I truly don't like doing business with people like that. Maybe this is what the company likes to hire, I don't know. I won't recommend this company to anyone because I feel like I was being swindled. Only reason I bought it was because my mother lives alone and needed something quick. When it's time to renew I will be looking for another company. One that will be straight forward. No one likes to feel as if they are being taken advantage of and I'm a pretty savvy shopper. So watch out for the slick salesman on the line!!!

I am a recent subscriber and have not yet had the opportunity to use the service---which is good! I am very pleased with the friendly and helpful folks who walked me through the set-up. I feel confident I will be quickly helped if needed. My children's concerns about me are eased. However they think nothing of worrying me---two of them went sky-diving recently.

It was very easy to order. Came very quickly. It was easy to set up and is very easy to use. My mother hasn't had to use it yet but I feel much more at ease knowing that she has it.

My experience with Medical Guardian was excellent, informative, courteous, with the services I was looking for in a medical alert system. Love the bracelet, just wish it came in white as well as black! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a GPS based alert system.

I have ordered this product for both my father and my father-in-law. In both cases, the initial setup was a time consuming experience. I have to admit that the second install was easier because I knew what to expect. The wait time was very long. Once we were connected the setup went smoothly and relatively quickly. Second time, the wrong personal device was sent, but a call to them and the correct one was sent. Don't know if I was charged for that yet. Haven't had the need to actually use the product, thankfully, so can't say how they interact during an emergency.

After our grandmother spent 5 hours on the floor of her home with no one to come to her aid after she fell and broke her hip we looked around for medical alert response devices. Medical Guardian was reasonably priced, quick to deliver, easy to setup, and absolute fantastic people answering the tests we did once it was live. A lot of other companies do not have fixed pricing and you have to go through a salesman. We did it all online !! Thanks again !!
