I called Medical Guardian and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I simply love Medical Guardian. My mother had fallen and could not get up and laid on the floor for 2 days before I found her. Now that she has medical guardian fall protection I am more at ease. She had a fall a week ago and they called me right away. By the time I arrived just five minutes later the fire department had already been there and she was fine. Medical Guardian has made my life a little easier knowing that I will be notified as soon as something happens.

Everything is as advertised to me. Even received follow up call.everyones wish is not to have too use it but it is there if needed and works very well

Easy setup and happy customers

I had tried two alert systems prior to Medical Guardian & cancelled both of them. Medical Guardian is the best one & I feel they are there when I need them. I feel very secure with this system.

Excellent delivery and help setting up. Problem is wait time to speak with someone when you call. Took up to 30 minutes.

Paul, in customer service, was very informative, he answered all my questions with clarity and was super nice. My mother-in-law fell 2 months ago and broke her hip. She couldn't reach the phone and laid in the floor for several hours. Wish we had gotten it before her fall, but now we are more comfortable with her being by herself and so is she.
