I have had no problems with the service or the devices.

My mom has Medical Guardian so that both she and I can feel that she is safe in her home and not out of touch. The sign-up process was easy and the equipment came quickly. It was easy to follow the simple 3-step process for set-up. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and patient and the testing process made us feel instantly at ease.

After spending fourteen hours on the floor before a neighbor found me,I decided I was,nt going through that again.When I left the hospital I started comparing medical call buttons and decided on yours.After about three months without using it I thought might not need this thing.Then one day I was out in the woods cutting brush with a chainsaw and fell.I got right back up started the chainsaw and started working.Well the chainsaw was so loud I did,nt hear the team checking on me.It was,nt long before I saw some people walking toward me.I soon noticed it was the E.M.S they asked Is I was ok and told me ya,ll called.After thinking them,they told me to be carefull.I think I,ll keep it. I extremely appreciate the service and patience, Jessica, has given. All my questions continue to be answered, The Guardian was delivered when expected. Now if she could just preform magic and get my dad to always wear it!! lol I recommend at the very least talking to Medical Guardian if there are concerns of personal safety of any loved one.

On the first day - I had a bit of a problem figuring out how to carry the buttons and base station - a few false alarms. People who answered were there promptly and helped me not have anymore false alarms. I've only had it a month - so I have to test it's still working, but no reason it wouldn't be.

My consultant, George was persistent enough to persuade me to switch to Medical Guardian immediately. After receiving the package and activating the device, I am more convinced that I made the right choice with a very helpful and knowledgeable representative that assisted me in activating the device for my father.
