Service was very good and I'm pleased with this purchase.

The unit was easy to use and set up. The people we spoke with helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped test the unit several times with no problems.

The salesperson and then the follow up customer care, set-up personal were all helpful and caring. We had no difficulty setting up the equipment or correcting anything that needed to be tweaked.

Very professional to deal with, easy to order. Equipment arrived precisely on time. Easy to hook up, and set-up was a breeze. Fall detector might be a touch over-sensitive, as we seem to get quite a few false alarms.

Medical Guardian has wonderful sales people, but their customer service is BAD! I received one unit, which was a GPS unit, it did not work where I lived.. I was on "hold" for 20 minutes 8 times trying to activate the unit.. Finally, I decided to cancel & someone answered.. The person I spoke with was a very typical salesperson. I should not have listened to him, but I did.. Well he promised to send a new unit, a prepaid sticker to return the first unit & told me that I would not be under a 90 day pay for the unit! Well, when I received the second, I had exactly the same problem trying activate the unit. So I called Medical Guardian & told the person that I was going to cancel. She said "ok" & told me that I had to pay the postage to return it & they were going to me for 90 days, even though I was told that I would not be under a 90 day service contract because I did not cancel when I first called.. Be careful of this company!!

Hi Velma, We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. We are actually currently working on expanding our Client Services team to shorten the time our clients spend being on "hold" so we can alleviate this issue. We appreciate your feedback Velma, but again, we apologize that you've had such a frustrating experience with our client services department.

Every interaction I have had with this company has been clear, helpful, and very professional.

Medical Guardian accomplishes two goals. First, they are attentive and react promptly when signaled. Really promptly. Like seconds rather than minutes. Second, they really reduce the stress on friends and relatives, especially those who are too far away to help in an emergency.
