Some glitches
Two but potential disastrous issues: A few months back went to do a test and didn't work - needed to go through customer service (very helpful) to reset system etc., and took quite some time to figure out and fix. Also needed to tape the unit to the wrist band. Has popped off twice and needed to search the house to find. Both issues make me very nervous. Christine (Theresa's daughter)

Hi Christine, Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. To help you feel more at ease, we'd like to address the two issues you discussed. After you reset your mother's Home Guardian system a few months ago, has it been working properly? We always recommend completing monthly tests to ensure that the system is working, but if you test it and it still seems to be having issues, please call our Client Services Team at 1-800-313-1191, and they will either help you reset the system again or send a replacement unit for your mother. We'd also like to clarify your concern regarding your mother's wristband. Have you had to tape the gray button your mother would press in an emergency onto the wristband? If so, our Client Services Team can send a replacement right away to ensure that your mother is protected in her home. Ease of use and great service
Looked at many sdrvices for my mother who is 88. Chose Medical Guardian and have been very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

" At Ease"

great and just as they said it was sooo easy to set up.
This company did just what they said they would. Did it all over the phone and the set up was completed in just over 20 minutes. Works like a dream. I have two ...around the neck and also one for the wrist. I know that I will be covered day and night. great feeling of support.
