Was impressed with quick response. Was hoping I would never have to use but had to use it 3 times already. Anyone living alone needs this service.

Overall I am very happy with this device. The range is accurate and response is quick. My only complaint would be that the button is hard to press at times. To activate the system, one must press and hold the button for 1-2 sec. And those that have arthritic fingers this can be a challenge.

I have not had to use my medical guardian/push the button. That's a good thing but I really can't comment on the speed of the response. The initial set up was wonderful. Everything was explained to me in great detail. We show me how to test the main consul and explained how far everything will go, the range of the signal. It is not unattractive and easy to get on and off. I have the watch band and the necklace but I've only use the necklace. It has a magnetic closure which is very user-friendly and easy for arthritic hands. From what I've experienced so far, I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Seems to be as advertised but fortunately have not had to give it the ultimate test.

I have had no problems with Medical Guardian. They always alert me when the battery is getting low.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful c/o which product best suits the needs of the customer.
