great start but service could be improved by focusing on their customers
Customers who are interested in medical alert may well have disabilities including hearing loss, poor vision and many other medical conditions. 50% of adults have serious hearing issues. In my case I rely on written or online material to help me understand what I cannot hear. The reference manual/User guide for Premium Guardian was not designed for adults who want to read the material as key information is in less that 8 point type and impossible for me with severe hearing loss but good vision. When i raised this issue there was no acknowledgement and lots of emails that may lead to 1/9 of the the User guide being enlarged after a week of trying. Nice people, good technology but process is not working.

Here at Medical Guardian, we work to ensure that our medical alert systems are easy to use for everyone, and this feedback is really helpful to us as we are actually currently in the process of updating our manuals. We will definitely keep your feedback in mind moving forward as we undergo this process. Thank you again, Peter, and we hope you have a great day!
