I'm not sure the pendant is even working and I don't know how to test it. I put it on the charge stand every night and remove it in the a.m. There is never a light or any indication that the pendant is live. I don't know how to verify that it is working.

Attempting to register the equipment from Medical Guardian, I called the tel. no. on the instructional bulletin. For several days, I called and left messages and no one returned the calls. I finally called the number given to me when I ordered the equipment. There I met with success, and it was quickly and efficiently done. I wear the necklace which I understood is waterproof. The flimsy hook holding the medallion caught on a wash cloth and fell apart. Three people tried to fix it to no avail. It is now being held together with a small chain, and I fear that will fall apart too.

Your service was recommended by other residents at an independent living facility in Missouri so I signed up for the service for my mother who has is prone to falling. She has had other services in the past however this was the simplest to sign up and every individual I have talked to on the phone has been very professional. Have not had to use the 'alert' yet but I am confident the service will continue to be top notch. Thank you !
