Not the first monitor we've tried, but the best one we've tried.

I'm still waiting for my "minder" to arrive. All of the Medical Guardian representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and seemed to want me to get the best price for the services I need.

We were looking for a system for my mom because dad is out hunting all the time and mom is alone for many hours and has fallen several times already and needed help. So I stopped in 1 day when they were both were home and we called. I wanted them to hear what the company had to say and ask any questions they might have. The person on the other end (Sal) was very nice and took as much time as was needed to explain to my parents what the system was and what the cost all paid for. He was very patient because they had many questions and worried what the rate would be 6 months, 1 year, or even 5years from now. They were very happy when Sal said they price was locked in as long as they were members, and my Mom's eyes perked up when Sal said she can call whenever to just make sure the system is working! We have had the system for a week now and Mom said she has tried it twice just to get comfortable speaking to the staff on the other end, and to get familiar with what will happen if she should ever need to use it. We are very happy with the whole experience!

It is very comforting knowing that I am able to get out and do things without the worry of falling. I've accidentally hit the button and I must say they are quick to respond. It has given me a peace of mind and much more freedom to go and do things I love to do.

The wireless has not enough sound to it when the alarm sounds and I can't hear it when it does go off. I had to be standing right on top of it. They said at night I needed to take the portable part of it back with me to my bedroom so if I needed anything I could push the button. Problem with that is no matter where I am I will not be able to talk to anyone because the system is not loud enough for people with hearing problems. I can hear really well with hearing aids but I can not hear their alert system. if I can't hear it when it alarms accidently then I will have medical responders here when there is nothing wrong. I don't always here the cell phone. So, bottom line for me is that it is NOT made for people with hearing problems. I am sure it might be good for other folks.

This has been a huge relief for me since my Dad is intent on staying in his home. I get a text alert on all occasions. It took awhile for my dad to figure out where it's best worn so the alert was going off about every day. The response team was great and handle all situations very well.

Continue to do what you are trained to do. Make sure new employees know the quality of your product and service.

Purchase and set up were very simple. The product met me in Columbus Ohio as required. After a couple weeks, My niece accidentally knocked the pendant over and with in 5 seconds the monitoring center was active inquiring on my brother's status. Very impressed. It goes where he goes so I don't have to worry. Best purchase I've made.
