Because of pain one day, I was not ambulatory - unable to sit, stand, get out of bed, or walk.MedicalGuardian,s response was very quick and professional. They delivered me to the ER. Unfortunately, I had to hire a taxi to return me to my home after my examination and release. My grown children, other than knowing the situation, did not have to be involved directly (they all work not close to me).Otherwise, I didn't have any other responsibility. Thank them for their help.

We purchased the Medical Alert for my parents because they refuse to leave their home and enter an assisted living facility (85+ years old). There have been falls and accidents (hitting the alarm button or losing power). Medical Alert is fast and efficient in taking the proper and promised actions to ensure all is ok on the home front. I highly recommend this company! They won't let you down and it's very affordable also.

We are pleased with our Medical Guardian unit and have found it to be as advertised. We really appreciate the company including both the necklace and wrist pendents in the original package because the necklace pendent was a bit too sensitive for our needs (lots of false calls for help). After we moved mom to the wrist pendent we were very satisfied with the product and the service.

The Consumer's Report helped me compare all the other similar companies. Medical Guardian was the only one that could sense a fall and call in if the person lost conscious. Unfortunately, this option costs the most & my health plan doesn't cover the cost.

I chose Medical Guardian after some web-based research. I was also able to compare to another National system provider with which I am familiar. Medical Guardian is more than competitive on technology and price, but what sold me were the excellent reviews. So far the company has met or exceeded all of my expectations. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is that I would not recommend it to others unless and until I have first-hand experience with its performance in an actual emergency. That reflects more my caution than anything negative about MG.

Very pleasant when I had a problem with my device. Walked me through the procedure so when (if) it happened again I would be able to correct the issue on my own.

Over the past couple of weeks my mother has been harassed to upgrade her service with this company. She has told them no several times and they keep calling. I will be cancelling her service with them and do not recommend them to anyone. The people were rude and pushy. When we first setup the system we followed the instructions and were told that everything was setup. A week later they called and asked if we were using it and wanted to complete setup. Misleading. Won't do business with them again.
