Medical GuardianReviews of medicalguardian.com

I had the pleasure of speaking with a rep by the name of Shawn. He was simply amazing at putting me and my family at ease. Top notch customer service and I highly recommend this company and him to secure the needs of any medical emergency that come our way. I feel peace of mind and comfort knowing The Customer Rep and the company is here for one thing and that is family first! Thank you Shawn for all the time spent answering questions suggestion the best plan and going above and beyond. Have a great New Year! Clifford Nashville TN

Seems like a good company. Initial assistance was good. Once order was placed and C.Card info. was given, no other contact was received even when promised to be contacted. No shipping info. was sent, EVEN when promised it would be. I had to call the company to get any information at all. We'll wait and see if the (agreed and promised) service will be continued or not.......

Thanks for the insight and information! Bill was excellent with his knowledge and answered all of our questions.

I had one false alarm when I tossed the monitor onto my car seat and shortly afterwards the EMTs arrived. They did not make me feel bad about it and I was impressed with the speed of the response.

Brett did a A great job explaining how the alarm system worked. I decided on going with Medical Guardian because of his answers and professionalism.

Easy to contact and very helpful.

Your system has been returned to you. As your system stinks. I did not care for it. It had too many variables. Only held a charge for 36 hours. I am using Alert 1, it stays charged for a month. Crazy to have to charge every other day. I need an alert at night more than daytime. Thanks anyway. You should receive your equipment back on Tuesday, Jan. 3rd. 2017.

The customer service rep was great. She explained the entire process and the price was less than others that I contacted.
